The HCI 2018 uses Indico platform for registration. If you do not have an Indico account, you will be asked to create one. Click on the link below to start the registration.

The registration deadline is  15 July 2018.

Standard registration fee includes:

  • Conference bag, name tag and conference program
  • Book of abstracts
  • Lunches and coffee breaks
  • Conference dinner
  • Conference excursion
  • Conference proceedings


Student registration fee doesn’t include conference proceedings.   CLOSED

The organization is considering the possibility of waiving the registration fee for a very limited number of students. In order to be eligible to receive a fee waiver, the student must send a letter to, until 13th of June, describing the situation as well as a support letter from the supervisor.


Accompanying person registration fee includes:

  • Conference dinner
  • Conference excursion

Registration Cancellation Policy

  • All cancellations or changes must be sent to HCI 2018 via email to
  • Cancellations received up to 31 July 2018, deposits will be refunded less 50 € for administrative costs.
  • Cancellations received up to 15 August 2018, 50% of the registration fee will be reimbursed.
  • No refund will be made for cancellations received after 15 August 2018 or registered participants who fail to attend.
  • No refunds will be made in case of cancelled sessions or program changes.


Letters of invitation

Letters of invitation will be sent upon request to The title of your invited talk or contributed poster will be specifically mentioned in the letter. Both an electronic copy and a hard copy can be requested.
Please note that such an invitation letter does not imply any obligation, financial or otherwise, by HCI 2018.
